Q. What payment methods do you accept?

At Comfynique, we accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.


Q. How secure is my online order?

Your online security is important to us. All payment information entered during checkout is protected through SSL encrypted technology.

Your payment details are securely transmitted directly to our payment providers for authorization and are never stored on our servers.


Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it has been placed.

Please note:

  • A cancellation fee of $0.50 may apply to cover payment processing costs
  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled

If your payment has already been processed and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.


Q. When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping location and selected shipping option.

Most orders arrive within:

  • Australia: 2–8 working days
  • International orders: 5–12 working days

Regional and remote areas may take a bit longer.

Tracking information is usually emailed within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Please note that customs delays for international orders are outside our control.


Q. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Discount codes and promotions cannot usually be combined unless stated otherwise during the promotion.

No — you can checkout as a guest.
