30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Include proof of purchase

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging if applicable

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal comfort products may not be eligible for return.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hygiene/personal care products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.

Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
